Most states, counties, and towns in America do not allow you to do what you want with your land. Americans like to talk about "freedom" while very few people truly have freedom. But over the years we have worked hard to find the few areas that do allow you to live the homesteading or off grid life of your dreams. We sell unrestricted and cheap land because we know this is what people truly want at a time where money is tight and world politics are tense. 

 

We ourselves were in the same boat you are. Our family was trying to escape the rat race, traveling full time in our converted School Bus (skoolie). We wanted to find land that would allow us to live out of our RV and start a little homestead of our own, a place where we could become self-sufficient in a world where everything was getting more and more expensive. But we thought unrestricted land like that probably didn't exist. It seemed too good to be true.

Our frustration led us to a lot of research. We realized that there were a few states (although not many!) that didn't have zoning regulations in the rural areas. Some states had a couple of counties that even allowed people to live in their RVs permanently. Other states had minor zoning regulations, but still allowed tiny homes and homesteading and livestock and let you build your own home with your own two hands. There were little pockets of true freedom spread across the United States, they were just unknown...

Our personal journey led to the beginning of Tucker Land Company. We sell land where people are allowed to do what they dream, even the dreams they thought would never be possible. We sell land that is cheap enough that anyone can afford to buy the peace of mind that comes with owning real estate without debt. We believe that land is the first step towards true freedom... the freedom to live a life beyond bills and mortgages.
