They allow shipping container homes, adobe homes, and much more! Conveniently located near I-25 and nestled beneath the Manzano Mountains, you really could not ask for a better place to enjoy the stunning New Mexico sunsets and temperate weather. 

ROAD ACCESS: Yes, Tierra Grande has dirt roads throughout, some are traveled on and some are not in use (yet), but the county has mapped out legal access to each parcel. The ground is very easy to drive on.

SEWAGE: Septic (buyer to install if/when needed)

WATER: A private well will need to be utilized. Well costs depend on drilling depth. Local drilling companies can give you a general estimate based on nearby well depths and explain the permitting process. 

POWER: There is power nearby, on Diablo Rd. If you would like to inquire about the cost of running power lines to a particular parcel you can visit pnm.com/esg for details.
